摘要 本文从经济全球化的具体表现形式着手，分别从发达国家和发展中国家角度综述和评价了学者们关于全球化对就业影响的观点和思想。在全球化形式不断丰富及其影响日益增强的背景下，目前学者对全球化影响就业的研究视野已经覆盖了包括贸易自由化、国际投资、跨国移民、技术转移和扩散等多个领域，从不同理论视角、采用不同的研究方法探讨了全球化对就业的影响，形成了一大批既有学术价值，又有社会价值的研究成果。本文旨在将全球化对就业影响的已有理论成果进行系统的梳理，在理论的升华和规律性的总结方面进行探索性的尝试，为以后进一步从事这方面的理论研究奠定必要的基础。 论文整体结构分为上下两篇：上篇集中分析全球化对发达国家就业的影响，下篇集中分析全球化对发展中国家就业的影响。 上篇总结和分析全球化对发达国家就业影响的理论观点和经验检验。共分为五章。第一章至第四章，分别从贸易自由化、资本流动、劳动力流动以及技术进步四个方面介绍了在全球化对发达国家就业影响问题上的不同观点，以及与各种观点相联系的实证研究。通过分析，理清理论研究的逻辑线索，揭示全球化对就业影响的主要路径及其作用程度，描述全球化不同表现形式的动态化发展对不同国家及对不同就业群体的影响轨迹。第五章重点对全球化条件下发达国家就业政策的理论研究进行综述，旨在分析全球化对发达国家各国就业政策制定和实施效果的冲击和影响。 下篇共分为四章。第六章至第八章延续上篇的分析思路，分别从贸易自由化和资本流动、劳动力流动以及技术扩散四个方面介绍全球化在对发展中国家就业影响问题上的不同理论观点及实证分析。结合发展中国家自身发展特点，总结和评价全球化对就业影响的学术思想。第九章从融入全球化体系的不同模式的角度，就全球化对亚洲新兴工业化国家、拉美国家、被边缘化的非洲国家以及中国就业的影响进行理论综述。通过第九章的分析，揭示在经济发展程度不同条件下，全球化与发展中国家就业政策以及国内改革的关系，总结发展中国家应对全球化挑战过程中的有益经验和历史教训。最后，在总结国内外的理论研究和经验检验的基础上，综述了全球化对中国的就业影响，同时对全球化背景下的就业政策选择提出了建议。 全球化对一国就业的最终影响结果如何，理论和实证研究都难以做出一个简单而又明了的结论。这不仅与学者的研究视角有关系，而且也取决于一国在世界经济体系中所处的位置以及国内的资源状况和经济发展水平，同时也要看全球化各个路径对就业作用的综合效应。 关键词：全球化 就业 贸易自由化 资本流动 移民 技术扩散 就业政策 Abstract Beginning from the different forms of economical globalization, this article summarizes and evaluates the viewpoints and thoughts about the globalization influences on the employment of the developed and developing countries separately. Under the background that the forms of globalization are constantly enriched and the influences are strengthening day by day, at present, the scholars’ research fields about the influences of the globalization on the employment have already covered the trade liberalization, the international investment, the technology transfer and the proliferation, the transnational migration etc. From different theoretical angles and methods, the scholars explored the impact of globalization on employment, and formed a large number of research results which both have academic and have social values. This paper aims at systematizing the existing theoretical researches about the influences of globalization on the employment， explores to summarize the rules of these researches and attempts to achieve the theoretical sublimation. The paper can be divided into two sections: Part 1 focuses on analyzing the influences of globalization on employment in developed countries. Part 2 focuses on those in developing countries. The first part summarizes and analyses the theoretical viewpoints and experiences of the influences of globalization on employment in developed countries. It consists of five chapters. From Chapter one to Chapter four, it introduces different views and the associated empirical researches of influences of globalization on employment separately from four aspects— trade liberalization, capital flows, labor mobility and the proliferation of technology in the developed countries. Through analysis, these chapters clarify the logic clues of the theoretical studies and reveal the main path through which globalization affects employment, describing the dynamic development of different representative forms of globalization and its influence on the employment in different countries and even in different employment groups. Chapter five focuses on reviewing the theoretical studies of the employment policies under the conditions of globalization for the purpose of analyzing the globalization shocks and influences to the formulation and implementation of employment policy in developed countries. Towards the ultimate impact of globalization on the employment, both theoretical and empirical studies are found difficult to draw a simple and straightforward conclusion. This is not only related to the scholars’ study perspective, but also affected by a country’s location in the world economic system as well as its domestic resources condition and the level of economic development. Meanwhile we must take the various trails of globalization’s influence on the employment into consideration.
