摘 要 农村和城市是人类社会经济活动的两种基本地域类型。农村的发展是城市得以形成、发展、繁荣的基础。纵观历史，城市的起源往往是以农业的兴起为前提的，农业为城市提供着必需的农业剩余，否则城市是不可能出现的。而城市的发展又为农村的发展提供着各种技术、人才、市场等的支持，因此农村的发展也离不开城市。然而，随着我国的经济发展，之前长期困扰我国国民经济发展的农产品供给不足的矛盾已经得到缓解，但是农民收入增长缓慢、农业和农村经济结构不合理的矛盾却日益突显出来。农民的低收入不仅限制了他们对农产品的消费，也限制了他们对工业品的消费，从而抑制了我国整体国民经济的发展和增长。 本文以生产函数理论、经济增长理论和人力资本理论为基础，通过深入研究我国农村经济增长的现状及现存问题，结合农村的实际情况，构建基于生产函数的农村经济增长模型。运用EViews软件进行回归分析，测算农民人力资本投资对农村经济增长的贡献率，并以此为纽带，探索农村在教育和其它方面的投资分配方案。 本文研究的内容主要有以下几个方面： （1）生产函数与经济增长理论、人力资本理论方法研究。详细分析农村经济的问题所在，通过对生产函数理论、古典经济理论、新古典经济理论、新增长理论和人力资本方法进行研究，深入探索解决农村经济问题的理论基础。 （2）对影响农村经济发展的各个因素进行详细分析。 （3）农村经济增长模型构建。在对影响农村经济发展的各个因素进行详细分析的基础上，深入研究农村经济增长模型的构建思路，以C-D生产函数为纽带，构建农村经济增长模型。着重于生产函数在农村经济中的应用研究。详细分析生产函数特点，根据近几年农村经济的相关数据，运用EViews软件进行回归分析，测算农村经济中劳动力的贡献率，并以此为纽带，探索农村经济对生产要素的投资分配方案。 关键词： 生产函数 农村经济 经济增长 人力资本 Research on the rural economic growth Model Based on Production Function ABSTRACT Villages and Cities are two basic places of human society’s economy activities. The development of villages is the basic that the cities come into being and is the basic of the cities’ development and flourish. The villages’ rise is the precondition of the cities’ origin in history. The agriculture provides necessities for the cities, otherwise, the cities will not appear. In the same time the cities provide technologies and person with ability and markets and so on for the villages’ development. The development of villages depends on the cities’. With the development of our country’s economies, the lack of primary products’ contradiction is catabatic. But the contradiction of farmers’ low income and the rural economics structure’s inconsequence are standing out. And this restrains the farmers’ demand of industry products and also restrains the development of our country’s economies. Aiming at problems in the rural economics, the author builds model of the rural economic growth based on production function after systematic research on the theory and method of economic growth and human capital. In order to search after the project of investment, the author studies the theory of production function and applies regression method for calculating the ratio contributed by labor force to the rural economics. Then, the author explores the scheme of the rural economics and puts forward the allocation plan of human capital by means of coefficient allocation to make for the growth of the rural economics.
