摘要 转形问题，即价值转化为生产价格的问题，是马克思经济学中一个有争议的问题。最早提出该问题的是鲍特基维茨（Bortkiewics ,1907）。随后，学者们围绕该问题展开了长期争论。这种争论，一方面反映了人们对转形过程是否具有逻辑一致性和历史可行性存在不同的看法，另一方面也表明人们对转形问题所展现的马克思经济学理论体系和所运用的方法存在不同的理解。在此情况下，研究转形问题就具有重要的理论意义和一定的实践意义。通过研究，可以发现马克思已经基本解决该问题，不存在转形过程逻辑不一致的问题。前人的研究固然促进了人们对该问题的理解，但总的说来，是在一定程度上误解了该问题。同时，研究转形问题的过程也是一个比较马克思经济学、新古典经济学和斯拉法经济学的过程。这种比较，对于更好地运用马克思经济学指导实践，是有益的。 本文的最基本观点是：转形问题是一个系统问题。因此，必须将转形问题视为一个整体进行研究。作为一个整体，转形问题包括四个方面的内容：转形内涵、转形目的、转形过程和转形结果。转形内涵研究转形含义，转形目的研究为什么转形，转形过程研究如何转形，转形结果研究转形所带来的影响。这四个方面存在着密切联系，从而完整地构成转形问题研究的全部。 根据上述思路，本文分六章研究转形问题。第一章研究转形内涵，第二章研究转形目的，第三章研究转形的逻辑过程，第四章研究转形的历史过程，第五章研究转形结果，第六章在前面五章研究基础上，专门评论前人提出的各种转形解法。最后，对全文研究进行小结，并就转形问题的未来研究方向提出自己的看法。 本文有以下5个创新之处： 1.转形问题是一个系统问题。因此，必须将转形问题视为一个整体进行研究。 2. 指出转形的逻辑过程包含三个方面的内容。马克思已经基本解决了转形问题的逻辑证明，本文的证明是对马克思证明的扩展。该证明指出在要素投入按生产价格计算的条件下，转形仍然成立。 3. 在马克思、恩格斯对转形历史过程描述基础上，对利润率平均化的历史过程进行描述。 4. 将转形的逻辑过程和历史过程联系起来，指出两者是统一的。 5. 必须创造一个新的框架研究价格。这个框架，必须将价格的确定性与不确定性有机地结合起来，将价格的质与量有机地协调起来，将价格的决定因素和影响因素更好地统一起来。 关键词：马克思 转形问题 价值 生产价格 Abstract Transformation Problem, which means that value transforms into price of production, is disputable in Marxist economics. The debate has been continued for almost 100 years after Bortkiewicz pointed out the problem in 1907. It reflects whether transformation process logically inconsistent and historically feasible is disputable, it also reflects that the theory and method of Marxist economics consisted in transformation problem is understood differently. Therefore, it is important to study the problem. We can find that Marx has almost solved the problem where there is no logically inconsistent. At the most, although the studies about it improve the understanding of the problem, such studies misunderstood the problem. Moreover, the studies of the problem is helpful for guiding the practice by comparing Marxist economics, neo-classical economics and Sraffaian economics. Transformation problem is a systematic problem, which is the basic point of the thesis. Therefore, we must look the transformation as a system which includes definition , purpose, process and result of transformation. The four aspects, which links one another, compose the system of transformation problem. According to above point , there are six chapters in the thesis. Chapter one discusses the definition of transformation; Chapter two discusses the purpose of transformation; Chapter three discusses the logical process of transformation; Chapter Four discusses the historical process of transformation; Chapter Five discusses the result of transformation; Chapter Six discusses the solutions presented by economists . I think there are five valuable points in the thesis: First, it points out that transformation problem is a systematic problem. Second, the logical process of transformation includes three aspects. Marx has almost proved the logical process. My solution presented in the thesis is just the supplement of Marx's solution. The solution points out that on the condition of transformation the input of constant capital and variable capital, the process of transformation is still logically consistant. Three, based on Marx and Engle's point on historical process of transformation, it discusses the historical process of form of average rate of profit. Four, it links the logical process of transformation with historical process. Five, in order to discuss price theory, we must create a new theoretical frame which should connect the definite with indefinite quality of price, which should connect the quality of price with the quantity of price, and which should connect determined factor with influential factor of price.
